Clinical intelligence engagements shaped around the decision.
TrialSign engagements are scoped around a specific biotech decision: an asset, target, indication, competitor set, licensing question or investment diligence need. Not every module is included in every engagement. The evidence plan is defined by the decision question.
Questions supported
The work begins with the question being decided.
- How strong is the clinical position of this asset?
- Which endpoint, comparator or population assumptions matter most?
- Where does the published evidence stop supporting the thesis?
- Which competitor, regulatory or patent signals should change the diligence plan?
Scope and evidence plan
What is reviewed is agreed before work begins.
Scope, timing and fee are agreed after the decision question, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria, source plan, data cutoff and review depth are defined.
Analytical modules
A modular analysis plan, not a fixed package.

Review and discussion
The deliverable is discussed, not just delivered.
The client receives the agreed materials: usually an Executive Decision Book for leadership and a Scientific Evidence Dossier for technical review. A Private Intelligence Room is included only where the project requires collaborative review or continuing access.
What is not included
Medical, legal, regulatory, patent or investment advice.
Unscoped self-service access to a database.
Automatic conclusions where source evidence is incomplete.
Confidential-material review before appropriate arrangements are agreed.
Confidential or unpublished materials should be shared only after the appropriate confidentiality arrangements are agreed.
Next step
Bring the decision question, not a prepared search strategy.
Share the asset, target, indication or diligence question. TrialSign will identify the information needed to define a proportionate evidence plan.
