Hôpitaux de Paris, evaluated the impact of a nurse-led program on self-assessment and management of axial spondyloarthritis (SpA) and the systematic evaluation of comorbidities. With an enrollment of 503 patients across 21 centers in France, the study aimed to address the gap between clinical practice and existing recommendations for managing comorbidities in SpA patients. The results may provide insights into enhancing patient outcomes and adherence to treatment protocols, which could be leveraged for market positioning in rheumatology care. The findings could also inform potential collaborations with healthcare providers and payers focused on improving patient management strategies in chronic inflammatory diseases.
